Redo is an optional service we offer that provides two benefits for your order:

  1. Redo Shipping Protection: This covers issues such as lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your package encounters any of these problems, you’re covered under the protection plan. You can read more about shipping protection here

  2. Redo Easy Returns: This simplifies the return process by covering the cost of the return shipping label, so you don't have to worry about return shipping expenses. You can read more about our return policy here

Both options are available at checkout and can be added to your order. If you prefer not to use these services, you can easily remove them before completing your purchase. Simply review the order details during checkout and uncheck the boxes for either or both services.
