We're happy to offer you the option of pre-paid return shipping and added protection for your order with REDO.

What is REDO?
REDO is an optional add-on available at checkout. The cost is based on your order total and includes:

• Free Returns – If you need to return any item from your order, REDO covers the cost of the return shipping label.

• Shipping Protection – Get coverage for loss, damage, or theft during transit.

While Strolleria is committed to resolving any shipping issues, REDO Shipping Protection speeds up the process for sending replacement items.

We highly recommend adding REDO Shipping Protection to safeguard your order against package theft. Please note: Once a package is determined to be successfully delivered to the correct address, Strolleria is not responsible for any lost or stolen items unless REDO coverage was selected.

REDO Free Returns are eligible for all orders shipping Standard Ground. REDO Free Returns are not applicable to furniture orders however,  REDO Shipping Protection is applicable to all orders including furniture.
