What is Redo Shipping Protection?Updated a month ago

Strolleria offers an optional Redo Shipping Protection, which is added during checkout automatically. If you order with Redo Shipping Protection, your order is covered in the event that it is lost, damaged, or stolen. 

If your package was lost, damaged, or stolen, please submit a claim here. Strolleria will still need to conduct a package search with the carrier, as packages can often be retrieved and delivered properly. This can take up to a week to perform. In the event the package is unable to be located or delivered properly and shipping protection was added at the time the order was placed, Strolleria is happy to offer a replacement.

Important: 

Redo Shipping Protection does not cover packages delivered to the wrong address if the error resulted from incorrect information provided at checkout. 

To avoid delivery issues, please double-check all shipping details before placing your order.

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect after placing your order, contact our team immediately. We’ll do our best to help update the address before the package is shipped.
