As we aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, we may not be able to edit or cancel your order after it has been placed. Even if you have not yet received tracking information, your order is processing for shipment in our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee it can be changed.
If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, Strolleria will deduct the associated shipping costs and redirect fees your refund.
If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, Strolleria will charge a redirect fee of $20 per package.
